Grappling program

A conventional grappling program has been introduced into the Kids & Adult classes at all our locations. We teach the safer, sport style of grappling in our children's program, while in the Adult classes we will present a non-sport style> down and dirty< grappling/ground defense program!

Karate Kids' Grappling Program

We teach the safer, sport style of grappling in our children's programs. With that said, we will do so with a self-defense approach AND having fun too!.

Adult Program
Adult classes we present a non-sport style> down and dirty< grappling program! It will be deeply rooted from the Chinese system of Chin Na/Seize and Control and the Okinawan systems of Kyusho/Pressure Points & Tuite/Joint Manipulation! Through the LOINHEART Preemptive Personal Protection System, base techniques and tactics from Jujutsu/Jiu Jitsu (Japanese /Brazilian systems), Judo, and functional Aikido will be studied and then decoupled to present counters against said systems. Primarily structured counter tactics against the ground systems identified previous. (Queensbury Rules will not apply! LOL!)
