Just like our Preemptive Tactics, Tai Chi Relief offers in the field training. Teaching Breathing Techniques (Qigong) and Tai Chi movements, to help aid in relieving with job related stress, to employers/employees, businesses, and companies at a VERY economically, attractive cost to each client! These programs are available to perspective clients in both New Brunswick & Maine.
The programs offered are generally a 4 Hour Block Program. Longer Blocks or multiple Blocks of training can also be put together if required/needed by a client. The program that is set up can be done on sight at the location if space allows. The fee is based on the number of participants attending: Minimum 10 / ONLY$20 per participant, less than that a flat fee is required. If the number of participants will be a large number, than a discount can be worked out. However, for a large number of students, it may be better to break the number up into smaller groups with multiple classes to maintain quality of instruction and service. If an off sight location is required, it is the client that will cover the rental for that location. Being based out of St Stephen, NB, travel away (50 km/30 mi or more) a fair travel cost (gas) would be additionally applied.

1. 83% of US workers are stressed A recent Everest College survey revealed that a whopping 83% of American professionals are stressed out at their jobs. Some of the reasons for that stress include low pay, too much work, poor work-life balance, lack of job security, lack of professional development opportunities, and not being in the right field.
2. Stress results in as much as $300 billion in lost productivity According to an aggregated report by Health Advocate, stress has a profoundly negative impact on worker productivity to the tune of $300 billion each year. (The next four statistics are taken from that same report.)
3. 60% to 80% of workplace accidents result from stress When an accident occurs at the workplace, there’s a good chance it can be attributed to stress. As a result, workers’ comp claims for stress-related incidents are on the rise.
